Sierra Members Spotlight

Our big achiever of recent times is Danny. After completing a 12 week challenge Danny lost 14kg of fat whilst maintaining good muscle mass Danny says life is as complex as you make it. Life will always give you challenges. Sometimes you get to choose what challenges you, this is what I did. Everyone can find one hour a day to work out. Get off that comfy couch you can do it!! We all have the equipment, i.e. shoes, shorts, bike etc. and most of the time it is just sitting there so get up and use it and achieve results now. Danny's rountine consisted of weights sessions at the gym 3 times per week, paddling his kayak 3 times a week and doing other cardio exercises 3 times per week, for example running or bike riding. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ACHIEVEMENT DANNY!!​
