Why we love this apple & sharp cheddar omelet so much!

There are a few foods out there that just force you to slow down and really enjoy it while eating. This is one of those foods. We've found that have an interesting flavour combination, bright delicious flavours, and a calm eating experience all set the stage to a great mindful eating experience. Apple and Sharp Cheddar Omelet with Hemp Hearts

2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp milk / used skim salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray
1/2 whole crisp apple chopped
1/2 cup kale chopped
2 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
Instructions:
Add milk and salt/pepper to beaten eggs.
Heat up frying pan.
Spray hot pan with cooking spray, then pour egg mixture into pan.
Once eggs have began to cook, cover egg mixture evenly with kale, apple, and cheese. Cook until eggs are cooked through and cheese is melted.
Add hemp hearts, fold egg over. Serve
