BELLY FAT MYTHS!
MYTH: Nuts are fattening.

Truth:
"Nuts have gotten a bad reputation for their total fat content, but nutrition science suggests that the quality—not quantity—of fat is what is most important to our health," says Jackie Newgent, RDN, and author of The All-Natural Diabetes Cookbook.
"In fact, the FDA recently announced they are reevaluating the term 'healthy' as it applies to foods with good-for-you fats, like pistachios,"
"What's more, foods like in-shell pistachios may help you fool yourself into feeling full because the leftover shells may provide a visual cue for portions, potentially helping to curb intake."
